AUTOMATIC LID PLACER UNIT

A stand alone unit automatically places lids, both metal and plastic on the open top containers moving on the conveyors.

The position of the container and placing is achieved by pneumatic gates [provided with the unit] to be fitted at the conveyor.

Sequence control by PLC.

Holds 150 lids for standard 4 litres open top containers.

Magazine for lid adjustable for various sizes of lids.

Suitable to integrate with automatic filling lines.
